We brought Connor (3 years old ) to Aves when he was only 1 year old and because of the outstanding experience, we are going to enroll our second child baby Blake ( 2 months old ) in the near future while Connor is going to stay for another 2 years.

Aves gives Connor the best care possible and provides a safe and fun happy environment for him there. Everyday watching Connor interacts with other children at the daycare, it always amazes me how Miss Tania handles each situation. She has such wonderful and surprising ideas I always wonder "how would Miss Tania deal with this"?", and I think it's a true gift that Miss Tania possesses.

My little Connor is developing really well with positive and creative mind, and we really do credit much of that to the great care and attention that he receives at Aves Early Education Centre a very professional daycare.

Connor gets such a good range of activities and stimulation at the centre from sensory activities, reading, group circle time and outside playing plus healthy yummy meals.

We just want to say thank you for all your help with Connor for giving him the time and patience he needs to be a confident, social and brave healthy happy boy. Extraordinary, passionate, child-centred, above and beyond! These words encapsulate our amazing experience with the teachers and the enriching programming at Aves Early Education Centre, as well as their new infant-toddler learning centre at Aves Rochdale.

As an elementary teacher for the past 10+ year, and now a mother of two young children, we had a challenging time finding a daycare and preschool that we fully trusted. At the time, my first daughter was only 18 months old, and like any mother, I only wanted the best care for her. After an extensive search, we found Aves Early Education Centre, which is run by Miss Tania (the head teacher). Now my daughter is 3 years old and she continues to love it here. In fact, we love this school and teachers so much, I’ve recently put my 1 year old into the new, Aves Early Education Centre – Rochdale location, which is run by Miss Yumi.

These teachers truly go above and beyond, and their expertise and patience with young children is remarkable. At the learning centres, our daughters enjoy monthly educative explorations. The fun themes are always driven by the children’s passions and interests. For example, most recently, the student explored “pets.” Our family got a kick out of how my daughter came home knowing how to walk, feed, and pick up pretend waste for her stuffed puppy (that the teacher lent her). They culminated this unit of inquiry with a fundraiser for animals and a trip to the local SPCA. As involved parents, we are constantly in awe of the teachers’ creativity and the stimulating learning environment, fostered at each of the learning centres.

Every day when we pick up our children, they never want to leave…and neither do we (the parents), because we all love the teachers. Thank you Miss Tania, Miss Yumi, Miss Giselle, and Miss Joanne for nurturing a love for learning, inquiry, and a sense of wonder. Aves is exactly what we hoped for in an infant toddler centre and preschool for our daughters!

From the moment that we stepped into Aves Early Childhood Education and met Tania Lam, we have been totally and unequivocally impressed. The way that the teachers care for and interact with the students empowers them and brings them great joy. There are always new activities and the teachers are very interactive with the students, enabling them to learn a great deal through play and experiments and always encouraging to bring out the very best in all of them. The mood is always positive, upbeat and fun. The students learn far beyond what is expected of children their age and I find my 3 year old son talking to me about everything from black holes and the planets to pulleys and fulcrums to acids and bases – very advanced concepts, but speaking to me with a very clear understanding. Not only that, but every single morning, he can’t wait to go to “Miss Tania’s School” and runs from the car to the door, opens it and literally does a little happy dance. I cannot emphasize enough how pleased we are to have found Aves and how impressed we are with the development of our son, intellectually, socially, and personally. Both my wife and I being educators ourselves in secondary school, we are aware of the broad range of level of care given by many early education institutions and we can say, without a doubt, that this is one of the best we have ever seen or have heard of, and our son loves it, which is the most important thing.
